CJSC “Aeroflot Cargo” is 100% subsidiary of Aeroflot Russian Airlines which was formed on______to cater mail, cargo and courier business. It was formed in the year 2006 on the basis of cargo department of Aeroflot Russian Airlines.
Aeroflot Russian Airlines, national carrier of Russian federation, previously known as national carrier of Soviet Union, flying to India since last 50 years.
Aeroflot Russian airlines affrighted/chartered all its belly space of regular flights to CJSC “Aeroflot Cargo”. CJSC“Aeroflot Cargo” is growing very fast in terms of park of aircrafts, volume of cargo transportation.
On 18 October, 2006 CJSC “Aeroflot Cargo” got license of airline operator with 2 McDonnell Douglas DC- 10-40Faircrafts.And as on date Park has been increased with new type of aircrafts like-McDonnell Douglas MD-11F
Boeing 737-300F, IL 96-400Т .
Indian operations of CJSC “Aeroflot Cargo” are limited to regular passenger flights belly spaces which are operated with the weekly frequencies of 7 and 3 from Delhi and Mumbai respectively. CJSC “Aeroflot Cargo” also plans to operate IL-96 cargo regular flight with one–two frequencies weekly.
In India CJSC “Aeroflot cargo” is represented by General sales and service agent “DELMOS CARGO” (A unit of Delmos Holidays Pvt. Ltd.).
DELMOS CARGO belongs to a business group represented by Dr. Naveen Rao which is involved in various fields of aviation like representation management and outsource, repairs of aircrafts, spare parts distribution and others like luxury retails, consultancy, medical and education. |
