5+ yrs experience in Asp. Net, and Dotnet Family .
Ideal candidates should posses at least 3-4 years of software development experience in VB, .Net, SQL Server arena and should have at least 2 years of project management experience and database design tools involving large databases and replication.
Manage a team of Software Developers.
Requirement gathering, analysis and implementation of project.
Bridge gap between team members and clients.
Structuring and planning of Software Architecture
Performance tuning, Quality Assurance and Testing.
Should posses a good knowledge in Dotnet Technologies

Desired Profile

Should have extensive hands on experience in project management.
At least 1-2 yrs project management experience.
At least 3 yrs experience in DotNet (ASP.Net, C#, VB.Net, etc)
Should have well versed with SDLC process, requirements Analysis, Project Planning, management, defect Management and Release Management, resource utilization.
Excellent exposure in team management & client interaction.
Complete ownership of project implementation within time, cost and budget and achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
